Dear colleagues,  as a reminder is here a brief guide on how to request weekend or extended building access.

Please be aware that in the weekend access thru the bike parking in the basement is not possible any more!

⏰ Standard Access Hours

  *   Main Entrance (Boelelaan 1100): Mon–Fri, 07:00–19:00
  *   Back Entrance (Gustav Mahlerlaan 2015): Mon–Fri, 07:00–22:00

🔐 Additional Access Options

  *   Weekend Access: 07:00–22:00
  *   24/7 Access : For work between 22:00–07:00 ( this requires a strong justification !)

📧 How to Submit a Request
Please email natsecr.beta at vu.nl with the following details:

  *   Employee Name
  *   VU Email
  *   VU net ID
  *   VU Pas number
  *   Type of Access (e.g., Weekend 07:00–22:00)
  *   Start Date / End Date
  *   Building / labs / office (specify clearly)
  *   Project / work description
  *   Short motivation
  *   Supervisor’s approval by mail
⚠️ Incomplete requests will not be processed. It will take at least a workweek for your request will be completed !

🌙 Evening & Weekend Entry /Exit thru the staff entrance (Gustav Mahlerlaan 2015)

  *   Call security to sign in/out: +31 20 59 85854
  *   Hold your card to the reader
  *   Access / Exit via secured entrance
⚠️ Access thru the bike parking in the basement is no longer possible !
