Dear all,
The National Technology Strategy outlines a strategic ambition for the Netherlands by 2035 for ten priority key technologies, many of which are connected with research that we carry out in our department.
We know have, for each of these key 10 tech, an action agenda which describe how these ambitions can be realised now through 53 large-scale, multi-year innovation programs with a total investment of over €14 billion. See for more details:
https://www.kia-st.nl/kia-sleuteltechnologieen/actieagendas-nts
also for the list of commercial partners.
I think that it would be great if we could digest these 10 action agendas and stablish in which specific areas we could contribute, at the light of our local expertise. If anyone would like to take the lead here, please let us know, we would be most grateful. I expect that at some point the faculty of science will ask us about this, so better to anticipate and be prepared.
Best,
Juan
