Colleagues,

Unfortunately, you have recently experienced inconvenience due to a fluctuating climate.
Various steps are now being taken to prevent further disruptions.

One of the works we intend to carry out will be on the heat/cooling sources.
This means that the entire heat and cool system will be switched off manually.

There will then be very little heat and cool available.

The work is scheduled (urgently) for:
Thursday, January 29, 2026
>From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

What does this mean for you?

  *
The offices are warm and will cool down slightly. There is still heat in the building.
  *
Sensitive analysis and laser labs will also cool down and will not maintain a stable temperature.
  *
Biochemical labs will become colder due to ventilation.

Since there is no cold supply available, it is wise to leave cold rooms closed and to switch off highly sensitive equipment with cooling beforehand. Please keep climate chambers closed to retain heat.

Specific measures are being taken for ADLAS.
