[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] FYI: Furniture Relocation and Space Unavailability – April 17 & 20

Dear colleagues, For your information:

On Friday, April 17 and Monday, April 20, furniture will be moved on floors 3 and 4 in the coffee corners (“huiskamers”) and the adjoining spaces 3B147 and 4B147 on the right-hand side where the large tables are currently located.
The large tables will be relocated to the coffee corners. In their place, six small desks will be installed, each equipped with an office chair, port replicator, and monitor.

Please ensure that Master and/or Bachelor students are informed that these areas will be unavailable on both days.

Planning
17 April – Movers onsite

  *   Floors 3 & 4: Relocation of the landing tables to the coffee corners.
20 April – Delivery and installation of furniture

  *   Floors 3 & 4: Placement of new workstations in the former landing table areas.
  *   Floor 1A023: Installation of a green screen (Section BIOP).
  *   Floor 2B113: Installation of a green screen (Sections BIOP / QMLA).
  *   Floor 3B-001: Installation of a green awning and securing of space 3B017 (left of the elevators – BPMI Section).

Please note that IT installation will follow during the week of April 20.

Op vrijdag 17 en maandag 20 april vindt overlast plaats in onderstaande gebieden i.v.m. verhuizingen & bijplaatsen meubilair. Willen jullie dit communiceren op de afdeling?

17 april Verhuizers

  *   ADLAS office: werkplekken verhuizen. Hier kan vanaf de ochtend niet gewerkt worden.
  *   Etage 3 en 4: Aanlandtafel verhuizen naar huiskamer
  *   Etage 9B-113. Circa 1 uur overlast gedurende de dag
  *   Etage 10B-113 en 10B-103. Circa 1 uur overlast gedurende de dag
  *   Etage 11B-113. Circa 1 uur overlast gedurende de dag
20 april Aarts en Co levering meubilair

  *   ADLAS office: plaatsing nieuwe werkplekken. Leverancier start hier. Werkplekken zijn rond 11:00 weer beschikbaar
  *   Etage 3 en 4: plaatsing nieuwe werkplekken bij voormalig aanlandtafel
  *   Etage 1A023 Groene scherm plaatsen
  *   Etage 2B 113 Groene scherm plaatsen
  *   Etage 3B-001 Groene scherm plaatsen + vastzetten 3B017
  *   Etage 9B-103 Groene scherm plaatsen

Het plaatsen van IT volgt in de week van 20 april.
