Dear collegues,

Following the input we received during the staff lunch in February, we 
have produced a first (v1.0) version of our policy for Annual 
Consultations. It can be found in the Staff Teams environment:

Please let the MT and Ilse know in case something is unclear.

We hope very much that this policy will help all staff with this 
important activity which are the Annual Consultations.

The goal is that before the end of the year all staff members (WP and 
OBP with permanent contracts) have had their annual consultation and 
uploaded the agreements in the SuccessFactors system.
