Beste collega,

Inmiddels zijn er al flinke stappen ondernomen om de migratie van de G-schijf bestanden naar Microsoft Teams te kunnen verhuizen. Zo is de G-schijf opgeschoond en is er een teamstructuur voor Microsoft Teams gedefinieerd. Dit houdt in dat het duidelijk is welke mappen op de G-schijf naar welk kanaal binnen welk team worden overgezet en de migratie kan worden ingepland.

Zeggen de woorden kanaal en teams jou niets? Dan adviseren wij je om Teamstraining niveau 3 te volgen, voordat de migratie plaatsvindt. In het kopje 'training' vind je hier meer informatie over.

Vervolg Wave 3
Nu al het voorwerk voor de overgang van de G-schijf naar MS Teams is afgerond, is de migratiedatum bekend. Op dinsdag 30 mei zal je jouw samenwerkingsdocumenten niet meer vanuit de G-schijf, maar vanuit MS Teams benaderen. Na de migratie worden de mappen op de G-schijf op alleen-lezen gezet, zodat er geen versieconflicten kunnen plaatsvinden. Documenten die achterblijven op de G-schijf worden in de toekomst overgezet naar een archiefoplossing. Deze documenten worden niet verwijderd en kan je ter naslag nog benaderen.
Training
Het gebruik van Microsoft Teams vergt een nieuwe manier van werken. Hier vertellen wij je graag meer over tijdens de Teamstraining niveau 3. Heb je deze nog niet gevolgd? Indien je nog helemaal niet bekend bent met Microsoft Teams kan je op deze<https://vunl.sharepoint.com/sites/CollaborationServices/SitePages/Teams-Communication.aspx> pagina van het Kennisportaal de opnames van training niveau 1 (de basisfunctionaliteiten in Teams) en niveau 2 (communiceren in Teams) bekijken, voorafgaand aan de niveau 3 training.

Dear Colleague,

By now, considerable steps have been taken to migrate the G drive files to Microsoft Teams. The G drive has been cleaned up and a team structure for Microsoft Teams has been defined. This means that it is clear which folders on the G drive will be transferred to which channel within which team and the migration can be scheduled.
Do the words channel and teams mean nothing to you? Then we advise you to take Team Training Level 3 before the migration takes place. You can find more information about this in the Training section of this e-mail.

Wave 3 follow-up
Now that all the preliminary work for the transition from the G drive to MS Teams has been completed, the migration date is known. On Tuesday, May 30, you will no longer access your collaboration documents from the G drive, but from MS Teams. After the migration, the folders on the G drive will be set to read-only, so no version conflicts can occur. Documents remaining on the G drive will be transferred to an archive solution in the future. These documents are not deleted and can still be accessed for reference.
