[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] VUture: focus groups and the VUture panel

Hi everyone,

As you may know, the VUture programme has been running for a while now (it started in January 2023). VUture is the improvement programme of the VU. With it, the VU wants to ensure becoming future-proof. The programme consists of two phases: an analysis & design phase that started in January 2023 and runs until the summer, followed by an implementation phase of at least a year. McKinsey & Company and their partner Aberkyn are supporting the programme. The VUture team now wants to involve the VU community. It does so by inviting us all to join one of the focus groups or the VUture panel. Both are meant to gather input from a broad group of VU employees. The VUture team is looking for a broad representation of people, job descriptions and skills.

If you are interested you can apply for either a focus group or the panel. More information and the link to the application form can be found in the attachment (both English and Dutch). Even though you are all very busy, I would like to ask you to at least give an application some thought. It is a great opportunity to impact, and change, the way we work at the VU!
