[Opleidingsdirecteuren.beta] Request to Share VU Student Pool in Canvas Courses

Dear educational directors and coordinators,
My name is Srinidhi Desikan, and I am the Lab Manager of the VU Behavioural Lab (VBL).
In collaboration with the Dean of the School of Business and Economics (Prof. Arjen van Witteloostuijn) and our Scientific Director (Prof. Femke van Horen), we launched the VU Student Pool to support behavioural research across faculties.

The VBL is a central research facility at VU offering state-of-the-art labs and participant recruitment services for behavioural experiments. Researchers from multiple faculties use the VU student pool to recruit students for paid studies, giving students the opportunity to engage with real research while earning money.

Since August 2025, BETA faculty is an active subscriber and user of VBL. To help researchers conduct their study and recruit participants, we are looking for more VU students to join the pool. We are currently promoting the VU Student Pool through faculty and student newsletters, but our experience shows that the greatest interest comes when teachers share it via Canvas course pages. Many colleagues from other faculties already support us in this way.
To further expand the pool, I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to upload the attached information (in English and in Dutch) in your associated Canvas courses.
