I am very pleased to invite you to an upcoming seminar at the intersection of private law, digital platforms, and law & technology. This event is part of the Law, Technology & Economics series.

We are hosting Catalina Goanta (Utrecht University), who will present a talk entitled “Miniconsumers: Evidence-Based Policy for Children as Consumers.” The presentation will examine how children participate in digital markets and how legal frameworks address their capacity to engage in contractual relationships online.

The format will include a 30-minute presentation followed by a discussion and Q&A.
