I am very pleased to invite you to an upcoming ALTI talk at the intersection of artificial intelligence, courts, and law & technology.

We are hosting Judge Pēteris Zilgalvis (General Court of the European Union), who will present a talk on the CJEU’s Artificial Intelligence Ethics Charter. The presentation will examine the conditions under which artificial intelligence tools may be used in judicial settings, with particular attention to human oversight and fundamental rights under EU law.

The format will include a 30-minute presentation followed by a discussion and Q&A.
