Dear Work Package Leaders,

I have created folders for each work package. Our next monthly meeting is scheduled for April 9. We are not canceling this meeting, just focusing on reporting.


  *   Part  B - I assume you have already started working with WP members locally. Please share your draft report in these folders so we can all track progress here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ignB0bnAiRHCdEG4RyU2ZhoqWUv9rEuO.


  *   Part A - Please also provide  your input for Part A here : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1pPVPIDB2lKWinv_edWFKrgvrNSocERDz.

Work structure:


     *   Part A - Please submit your contribution no later than April 5. I would like to work on part A first. I will start entering part A on the portal on April 8.
     *   Part B – Please submit your contribution by April 5. You can still discuss and request the latest details/information from WP members during our meeting on April 9 and complete by April 9.

The plan is to upload everything to the portal by the 25th. There are two full days left for the final assessment on the portal. We prefer to submit the evening of the 29th. so we make sure to avoid any last minute portal error. The timeline below remains valid for the financial part.

P.S. I'll probably start calling the WP leaders on Tuesday afternoon, if I don't see any drafts in the shared folders soon :).

DEADLINE Providing input to the Part B technical report: Friday 05-04-2024

Dear Work Package Leaders,

As you know, 29 February marked the end of the 1st Reporting Period in Music 360 covering M1 (1st March 2023) – M12 (29th February 2024).

In short, the following documentation needs to be provided to the EC for the preparation of the Review Meeting in May/June:

•  Technical Report (consisting of two parts):

­   Part A (web-based tables in the portal covering issues related to the project implementation as well as economic and social impact);  Link to template: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1pPVPIDB2lKWinv_edWFKrgvrNSocERDz

­   Part B (Word document consisting of an overview of the progress towards the project objectives, explanations of the work carried out during the reporting period 1); Link to template: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ignB0bnAiRHCdEG4RyU2ZhoqWUv9rEuO

With this email I would like to ask the WP Leaders to provide an input on the progress of their WPs in templates available in shared folders.
In my next e-mails, I will inform you about the procedure to submit your financial statements.

Each WP leader needs to fill in the attached document:

  *   Coordinate and collect input from WP members. If necessary, please plan a meeting for your work package and request input from WP members.
  *   Work progress and achievements per task.
  *   Conclusions and outlook
  *   Deviations from the plan and problems encountered, if applicable


Timeline:

  *   05 April  2024
  *   15 April 2024
  *   22 April 2024
  *   25 April 2024
  *   May/June 2024

  *   PFSIGN submits the financial data to the Coordinator on the portal (optional: sends an Excel template for a revision)
  *   The Coordinator performs check, sends feedback and reopens the financial statement for adjustments if necessary
  *   PFSIGN adjusts the financial statement if needed and submits to the Coordinator
  *   The Coordinator submits the reporting to the EC
  *   Remote rehearsal and review meetings

The deadline for sending your first input is hence Friday 5th April 2024.
