Dear colleagues of the P&A Department,

As you know, we are very happy to invite you to the Physics & Astronomy Department outing on June 4, 2026.

The event will take place in the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos (Bosbaan 5, 1182 Amsterdam)

Please do your best to attend this event, it will a great chance to enjoy some fun time together and get to know better other colleagues within the department.

See below for some logistic information - even if you have not done so yet, there is still the option to join both the activities and the BBQ, if so please reach out to the secretariat via the registration link below.

Schedule
--------

14:30 Start at the entrance of the Boswinkel.

14.45-15.00 activity groups will be formed.

17:00 the BBQ will start at the same entrance location (Boswinkel), till approximately 19:00, but you are very welcome to stay and enjoy the evening a little longer.

Clothing advice:
---------------

SUP & Meer activity: please bring a swimsuit and a towel.

Nature walk + Eco boot Cruise activities: comfortable walking shoes.

We are, of course, hoping for sunny weather. However, if it happens to rain, we have access to a comfortable indoor space where we can continue to eat, drink, and enjoy the event together.
