Dear Colleagues,

Registration is now open for the 2026 Physics & Astronomy DEI Workshop, which will take place on Tuesday, 22 September 2026.

The workshop will bring together colleagues from across the department for a keynote session, interactive workshops, lunch, and informal discussions focused on fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive academic community. PhD candidates who attend the workshop will receive 0.5 EC.

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select your preferred afternoon workshop(s). We will do our best to assign everyone to their preferred workshops, however places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Participation is strongly encouraged for all members of the department, including faculty, support staff, postdoctoral researchers, and PhD candidates. We hope to see many of you there and look forward to an engaging and inspiring day together.
