IMPORTANT! Research Visitation Wrap-up and Drinks in O|2 hall | Wednesday 4 February, 17:00-21:00

Dear colleagues,

On Tuesday 3 February, our department will meet the members of an international research visitation committee in the O|2 building. This committee of 10 international top scientists will meet with a selection of our scientific staff, PhD students and postdocs, and technicians to discuss our Self Evaluation Report, and hear and see how we do our research, and to provide us with suggestions to improve our strategy, aims, goals, and direction.

The same committee will also visit the VU departments Chemistry & Pharmaceutical Sciences and A-LIFE.

On Wednesday 4 February, around 18:00, the commission will briefly present its preliminary findings in the O|2 Auditorium.
You are kindly invited to join this event with drinks and bites.

As we would like you all to attend this event, it will be combined with (somewhat delayed) New Year's drinks organised by the VCSVU students (17:00-21:00).
VU colleagues from Chemistry & Pharmaceutical Sciences and A-LIFE are also invited, so we aim for a large audience to fill up the Auditorium.

Thank you for accepting the RSVP before Wednesday, 21 January, so we can inform the catering accordingly.
