Dear colleagues,

As announced in my previous message, the changes within Communications & Marketing will come into effect on 1 May. As part of this, the routes for submitting requests to C&M will also change.

From 1 May, we ask you to use the following contact points:


  *   For press and media enquiries: pers at vu.nl
  *   For website update requests: vu.nl at vu.nl
  *   For recruitment, advisory questions, and copy for the Bèta-zine: communicatie.beta at vu.nl

We appreciate that this new way of working may feel less personal for some of you than you are used to. However, we hope this approach will enable us to handle requests efficiently within the new structure of our services.

For substantive advice and coordination, Alfred van Luttikhuizen will remain your regular point of contact.
If anything is unclear or not working well in practice, please do let us know so that we can continue to improve together.
