Dear all,

I would like to ask you to please block your calendar for the 2026 Physics and Astronomy DEI workshop, which will take place on September 22 from 11:00 to 16:00.

The workshop will feature a plenary session in the morning, followed by lunch, and then parallel interactive workshops in the afternoon, concluding with drinks.

Participation is strongly encouraged at all levels, including faculty, staff, postdocs, and PhD candidates. This is an important opportunity to learn together and contribute to building a more inclusive, respectful, and resilient community within our department.

A detailed programme and registration page will be shared shortly. In the meantime, please accept this invitation and reserve the time in your agenda.
