Dear course coordinators of MNW,

The 2026-2027 Study Guide course descriptions are due on May 11, 2026. Please refer to the e-mail sent by Beta Onderwijsprocessen.

When entering your Study Guide course descriptions in UAS<http://uas.vu.nl/> (see column on the left side of your dashboard), please, pay attention to the attached CHECKLIST, where you will find an overview of the categories that would be helpful to include, as well as number of useful tips.

Important new additional information required in the study guide: The faculty board wants to ensure that it is clear for each course how and whether students are allowed to use generative AI. This policy is based on the Perkins Scale (see checklist). We ask that you provide this information for your course in the "Additional Information" field.
