Dear all,

I was made aware yesterday that the finance department is looking more closely at reimbursements. Specifically, they will decline reimbursements made more than 3 months after the purchase (or travel date). Therefore, please make sure you make your reimbursements within this period to avoid the very unfortunate situation in which you will not be reimbursed.
