Dear all,
I would like to kindly remind you about the annual consultations. So far, about 20% of all annual consultations have been completed. As Juan mentioned in his email below, helpful guidelines can be found here: https://tinyurl.com/NSjaargesprek.
Please make sure to follow up on the actual consultation and either use the VU format in Successfactors or to upload your own document to Successfactors and confirm from both sides (employee and manager) the complete process. Only after this final step the consultation is complete and finished. If you have trouble finding and/or doing this, please let me know and I can help you.
Many thanks in advance!
Best,
Jordi

Subject: Annual consultations N&S 2025
Dear colleagues,
As of September 10th, only 14 out of a total of the 125 expected annual consultations has taken place in our department.
As discussed in previous staff meetings, we aim to achieve a much higher fraction of completed annual consultations in 2025, and in particular there is no reason not to aim to 100% of completed annual consultations for permanent staff members (both scientific and support personnel).
A kind reminder that some hopefully helpful guidelines for annual consultations can be found here:
https://tinyurl.com/NSjaargesprek
they can be more formal or more informal, shorted or longer, but at the very least they need to happen.
Therefore please schedule the remaining annual consultations for the coming weeks, and let us know if you encounter any issue with these.
Annual consultations are an important moment for (self) reflection on career development and performance and an crucial component of our role as line managers.
Thanks a lot for the support with this!
Best,
Juan
