Global relations have changed quickly in 2025. Foreign policy puts pressure on scientists and threatens scientific data that doesn’t conform to the worldview of certain political parties. How do we deal with this as VU Amsterdam?

A diverse panel of researchers from VU Amsterdam will be joined by our chief security officer and SURF’s research domain specialist to discuss the effect of the current geopolitical situation on science and VU Amsterdam.
