organising a ‘TechTalks Science’ afternoon on 10 February 2026, 
including a very strong presence of colleagues from the department 
(Mara, Jeroen, and Boukje) in the workshops round.

Beste collega,

Wij nodigen je van harte uitnodigen voor de jaarlijkse Facultaire Middag 
op 10 februari 2026, van 15:00 tot 17:00, met na afloop een borrel. Op 
deze middag stellen we het tech-aspect van onze faculteit centraal met 
interessante workshops en demonstraties. Aan het eind van de middag 
worden de jaarlijkse facultaire prijzen uitgereikt voor o.a. onderwijs, 
onderzoek en valorisatie. Uiteraard proosten we dan op al het mooie 
onderwijs, onderzoek en impact van onze faculteit!

February 2026, from 15:00 to 17:00h, followed by drinks. During this 
afternoon, we focus on the tech aspect of our faculty with an inspiring 
round of workshops and demonstrations. At the end of the afternoon, we 
will present the annual faculty awards for excellence in teaching, 
research, and valorization. Of course, we will also toast to all the 
wonderful education, research and impact of our faculty!
