Once you have permission from your manager to undertake the official travel, you can book the trip. 1. Create a traveller’s profile (eProfile<https://atpiaad.b2clogin.com/atpiaad.onmicrosoft.com/oauth2/v2.0/authorize?p=B2C_1A_EPT_SIGNIN&client_id=8e0b436f-06ac-450a-88a6-6aefa87b88c4&code_challenge=hPj6fl17Fb-OtIuV6lUimfqWjrVnnntgd2EdlocyHPs&code_challenge_method=S256&state=bK1O2jECEv7A6HPra27O3OvHskPQwoBoNS3zDhGz&nonce=defaultNonce&scope=openid&response_type=code&prompt=login&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Funiversalprofile.atpi.com>). If you already have one, please proceed to step 2.
2. Preferably send an email or contact ATPI by telephone. To make a booking, it is important that you fill in at the least the information in the mandatory fields of the travel request form<https://assets-us-01.kc-usercontent.com/d8b6f1f5-816c-005b-1dc1-e363dd7ce9a5/d0b11cf1-ea56-4fc1-9e48-e2e899c96d5f/Travel%20Request%20Form%20ATPI.pdf> or provide this by telephone. When booking by telephone, please be sure to provide the correct cost centre or WBS element.
3. As a rule, ATPI will send you a quote within 4 hours after receiving the request.
Please note: more time might be needed for complicated travel. In the event of emergencies and disasters, emails will be handled in order of the date of departure.
4. On working days, you give your approval within 24 hours to be sure of the rate quoted. After 24 hours, ATPI can no longer guarantee this price, and the price may ultimately be higher.
5. Once you approve the quote, ATPI finalises the booking and sends you a booking confirmation. Changes can be made after this point as long as the e-ticket has not yet been issued. The customary deadline for issuing the e-ticket is 24 hours.
6. ATPI sends the invoice to VU Amsterdam quoting the correct WBS element or cost centre. ATPI cannot accept a reservation request if the WBS element or cost centre are not given.

ATPI eProfile is ATPI’s secure database to which VU Amsterdam travellers have access in order to register and update all the information necessary for booking a trip. ATPI eProfile<https://www.atpi.com/en/local-corporate-travel-services/atpi-eprofile-local-corporate-travel-services/> gives you the opportunity to store all your data in one place, including passport numbers, frequent flyer cards, meal preferences, credit card details if applicable and telephone numbers. Having all details available enables ATPI to make the booking process simpler and faster.

Create an ATPI eProfile

2. Click on register and use the unique Welcome code: 1081HV
3. Using the manual as reference, fill in you details and preferences
Please note: when entering you first name and surname, please ensure that this corresponds exactly with that in your passport. Airlines will not allow you to use a ticket for travel if your name does not correspond with that in your passport.
