[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] Message from Stefan Witte

Dear colleagues,

I would like to inform you that I have accepted an offer from TU Delft, for a professorship at the Imaging Physics department (faculty of Applied Sciences). This means I will formally be leaving the VU and ARCNL at the end of August. To properly finish ongoing projects and transition my research, I will of course still be around regularly for quite some time.

Having spent so many years at the VU, I am very much indebted to all of you for all the joint projects, great inspiration, and good discussions. There are certainly many people that I want to say thanks to. But email is not a great way to convey my gratitude, and I will reach out to say goodbye properly in due time. For now, I want to thank you all for the good times and collegiality, and wish you all the best!
