[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] Holiday registration on/off

Dear all,

For those of you who do not wish to register the holiday leave, you should turn off the registration. This is something you must again do every year. Please follow this link to do so: https://services.vu.nl/esc?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=9da70a35db9110102d1296d8db961922

Be aware: if you need to register time for projects, then you cannot opt out of registering holiday leave. If you need to register for projects, you will need to register time integrally for every activity (including holidays).

Please also note that turning the holiday registration off is possible at any time during the calendar year. The other way around is only possible as of 1 January of the next calendar year.
