Beste collega,

Zoals in eerdere communicatie is medegedeeld is de migratiedatum voor Wave 3 bekend: Dinsdag 30 mei 2023. Vanaf dit moment zal je jouw samenwerkingsdocumenten niet meer vanaf de G-schijf benaderen, maar via Microsoft Teams. Wat betekent dit voor jou?

G-schijf naar MS Teams

Vanaf vrijdag 26 mei 17:00 is het niet meer mogelijk om aanpassingen te doen in bestanden op de G-schijf. Vanaf dit moment worden de bestanden van de G-schijf naar MS Teams gemigreerd. Dit betekent dat je vanaf dinsdag 30 mei geen gebruik meer maakt van samenwerkbestanden op de G-schijf, maar werkt vanuit Microsoft Teams.

Ondersteuning

Op dinsdag 30 mei, na de migratie, zal er ondersteuning aangeboden worden vanuit Digital at VU. Er zal een medewerker beschikbaar zijn om al jouw functionele vragen te beantwoorden. Deze ondersteuning is beschikbaar van 09:00-12:30. Mis je een team, kanaal of document? Meld dit dan bij ondersteuning bedrijfsvoering of het secretariaat. Dit probleem wordt dan zo snel mogelijk opgepakt en opgelost.

Dear Colleague,

As communicated in earlier communication, the migration date for Wave 3 is known: Tuesday, May 30, 2023. From this point on, you will no longer access your collaboration documents from the G drive, but through Microsoft Teams. What does this mean for you?

G-drive to MS Teams
As of Friday, May 26, 17:00, it is no longer possible to make adjustments to files on the G drive. From this moment on, files will be migrated from the G drive to MS Teams. This means that from Tuesday, May 30, you will no longer use collaboration files on the G drive, but will work from Microsoft Teams.

Support
On Tuesday, May 30, after the migration, support will be offered from Digital at VU. A staff member will be available to answer all your functional questions. This support will be available from
09:00-12:30.
