[Senior-staff-physics-and-astronomy] 1-on-1 education and management conversations

Dear colleagues,

Within the MT we would like to resume 1-on-1 education and management 
conversations with staff members, following on the nice initiative that 
Roberta started some time ago.

As most of you are familiar with, the idea is to schedule short (30 min) 
meetings where the current teaching and management activities of each 
staff member are discussed, together with the plans and ambitions in 
these areas for the short and long term.

Our secretariat will schedule these talks starting on Jan 2023, with the 
idea of completing a first round before the summer.

an overview of the management duties allocated to our department, 
indicating in each case the colleagues that occupy each role. If some 
information is missing or not correct from our records, please let us 
know and we will fix it.

Please note that this specific overview does *not* include management 
tasks that are not associated to the department, for example those 
related to faculty-wide of university-wide activities or to activities 
taking place in our NWO-I partners Nikhef and ARCNL.

Once the upcoming round of teaching inventarization has been completed, 
we will also circulate it around for information. We are also preparing 
a central repository where to collect documents of general interest to 
our department staff, and we will keep you posted.
