Hi opleidingsdirecteuren en -coordinatoren,

Hierbij een gentle reminder voor onderstaand verzoek om het OER deel B te controleren en aan te passen. De deadline hiervoor is volgende week vrijdag 6 maart.
Indien je al eerder klaar bent, laat het ons weten! Zo kunnen wij de berg werk een beetje verspreiden, en wordt het document ook eerder doorgezet naar de OLC.

Dag opleidingsdirecteuren en -coördinatoren,

Eind 2025 is het model OER 2026-2027 vastgesteld met instemming van de USR. Deze week zullen de eerste versies van de OERen deel B 2026-2027 met jullie gedeeld worden via een gedeeld document. De delen zijn ingevuld op basis van de OERen van het vorige jaar (2025-2026). De curricula zijn nog niet ingevuld, deze zullen in de periode tussen 9 maart en 3 april nog worden toegevoegd door Onderwijsbeleid en Onderwijsprocessen op basis van UAS. Zie tijdpad van het hele proces in onderstaande mail.

Verzoek aan jullie is om het toegestuurde deel B na te lopen en eventuele wijzigingen voor 2026-2027 vast door te voeren (met track changes). Hiertoe hebben jullie review-rechten gekregen. De deadline hiervoor is vrijdag 6 maart 2026. Als je al eerder dan 6 maart klaar bent met het controleren/wijzingen, laat het ons weten. Op die manier krijgen wij niet alle OERen op dezelfde dag terug en verspreiden we de workload.

Hieronder nog een paar aandachtspunten:

  *   Bij de bachelors is er een deel B3 toegevoegd waarin we verwijzen naar de minoren van BETA
  *   Er zijn wijzigingen in de taaleisen voor 2026-2027. De tekst van 2025-2026 staat ingevuld, de nieuwe tekst staat in de comments. Gebruik deze nieuwe tekst zoveel mogelijk.
  *   Let op de overgangsregelingen! We adviseren sterk om ook jullie studenten goed te informeren over de overgangsgregelingen via bijvoorbeeld Canvas.

Als achtergrond stuur ik bij deze mail de lege formats mee, waarin de wijzigingen t.o.v. vorig jaar zijn gemarkeerd.

Mochten er vragen zijn, of lukt het niet met de rechten/moeten er nog mensen worden toegevoegd aan het bestand, laat het alsjeblieft weten d.m.v. een mail naar onderwijsbeleid.beta at vu.nl<mailto:onderwijsbeleid.beta at vu.nl>.

At the end of 2025, the TER 2026-2027 model was adopted with the approval of the USR. This week, the first versions of the TERs and part B 2026-2027 will be shared with you via a shared document. The parts have been completed based on last year's TERs (2025-2026). The curricula have not yet been completed; these will be added between 9 March and 3 April by the policy team and OWB based on UAS. See the timeline for the entire process in the email below.

We request that you check part B and make changes where required for 2026-2027 (using track changes). You have been granted review rights for this purpose. The deadline for this is Friday 6 March 2026. If you have finished checking/making changes before 6 March, please let us know. That way, we will not receive all the TERs on the same day and we can spread the workload.

Below are a few points to note:

  *   For the bachelor's programmes, a part B3 has been added in which we refer to the minors of BETA.
  *   There are changes in the language requirements for 2026-2027. The text for 2025-2026 has been filled in, and the new text we put in the comments. Please use this new text as much as possible.
  *   Please note the transitional provisions! We strongly recommend that you also inform your students about the transitional arrangements, for example via Canvas.

The empty formats of the TER are attached to this email, in which the changes compared to last year are marked.

Voor het volgende academische jaar 26-27 neem ik (de start van) het OER-proces over van mijn collega Marleen Postma.

De afgelopen weken zijn de curricula voor 2026-2027 ingevuld in UAS. Tegelijkertijd beginnen ook de voorbereidingen voor het OER 2026-2027. Gezien het vorig jaar erg goed beviel, zullen ook dit jaar de beleidsmedewerkers onderwijs het format deel B vast invullen op basis van de teksten uit het laatste OER. Vervolgens zullen we de (reeds ingevulde) delen B naar de opleidingsdirecteuren en – coördinatoren sturen voor wijzigingen. Hieronder vinden jullie de beoogde tijdlijn met de verschillende stappen in het OER-proces. De (vooraf ingevulde) delen B komen eind januari naar jullie toe voor wijzigingen en aanvullingen.

For the next academic year 2026-2027, I will take over (the start of) the OER-process from my colleague Marleen Postma.

The past few weeks, the curricula for 2026-2027 were entered into UAS. Meanwhile, preparations for the 2026-2027 TER are commencing. Since we were quite happy about the process last year, for this year the education policy officers will again fill in the format for part B for you, based on the text of the current TER. We will then send the filled in parts B to you for changes. Below you find the intended timeline with the various steps in the TER process. The TER part B will be sent to you at the end of January for changes and additions.
