[Opleidingsdirecteuren.beta] Verzoek over DOD uitfasering | Request about phasing out of DOD

Beste opleidingsdirecteuren en -coördinatoren,

We willen graag inventariseren in hoeverre jullie opleiding nog gebruik maakt van DOD. Wegens de uitfasering hiervan wil het projectteam DOD het liefst spoedig in zijn geheel ontmantelen, echter willen we bij jullie checken of dit akkoord is of dat jullie nog tijd nodig hebben om documenten over te zetten naar Teams (of een andere plek). Hierbij het verzoek om het uiterlijk volgende week donderdag 2 oktober aan ons door te geven als er vanuit jouw opleiding nog tijd nodig is om stukken uit DOD te halen. Als we niets horen gaan we ervan uit dat het akkoord is dat DOD binnenkort in zijn geheel wordt ontmanteld.

Mochten er verder nog vragen zijn, dan horen we dat graag! Dank vast.


Dear program directors and coordinators,

We would like to know the extent to which your program still uses DOD. Due to its phase-out, the project group prefers to take down DOD entirely quite soon. We want to check whether you are OK with this or if you still need time to transfer any documents to Teams (or another location).
Therefore, we kindly ask you to let us know by next week Thursday 2 October when you still need time to retrieve documents from DOD. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you agree with the take-down of DOD.
