Beste collega’s,

Bijgevoegd een overzicht van de inschrijvingen en instroom van de Beta opleidingen op peildatum 09-09-2024.
De instroom betreft alle nieuwe studenten binnen de opleiding, het aantal inschrijvingen betreft alle actieve studenten.
In dit overzicht worden de instroom gegevens van 2024 met de voorafgaande 3 jaren vergeleken op basis van peildatum.

Inclusief UvA joint-degrees zijn er 10.477 actieve studenten aan de bètafaculteit, 4,8% minder dan 2023-2024. Er zijn in totaal 3.653 nieuwe eerstejaars bètastudenten, 4,8% minder dan in 2023-2024.
Over twee weken ontvang je een update met de aantallen, waarin de studenten die er nog bij komen of zich terugtrekken verwerkt zijn. De aantallen per specialisatie zullen ook worden meegestuurd, evenals een VU-brede notitie over de aantallen.

Studentgegevens voor opleidingscoördinatoren en studieadviseurs
De opleidingscoördinatoren en studieadviseurs ontvangen later deze week ook de studentgegevens van de ingeschreven studenten, door middel van toegang tot een Teams-bestand.
Hierin zal waar van toepassing ook de specialisatie en de studievoortgang van de tweede- en ouderejaars studenten vermeld zijn.

Attached is an overview of the enrolments of the Beta programmes on reference date 09-09-2024.
The 'instroom' refers to all new students within the programme, the 'inschrijvingen' refer to all active students.
This overview compares the 2024 enrolment data with the previous 3 years based on reference date.

Including UvA joint-degrees, there are 10,477 active students at the BETA faculty, 4,8% less than 2023-2024. There is a total of 3,653 new first-year BETA students, 4,8% less than 2024-2024.
In two weeks, you will receive an update with the numbers, incorporating the students who are added or withdrawn. This update will also include the number of students per track, and an overall VU memo on the number of enrolments.

Student details for programme coordinators and study advisors
The programme coordinators and study advisors will also receive the student data of the enrolled students later this week, through access to a Teams file.
These lists will include the specialization of the student (if applicable), as well as the study progress of the second and higher year students.
