Dear All,

As a small reminder following Sander’s email below: in preparation for the WP1 meeting this afternoon, could you please have an update ready regarding the NDA approval/signature process within your organisation, in case this has not yet been shared?

So far, I have only received responses from INCAS and CY.

As mentioned by Sander, if your organisation approves signing the agreement, please send me:

  1.  Name of the signatory
  2.  Role/function within the organisation
  3.  E-mail address

We will then coordinate the digital signature process.

Dear WP1 colleagues,

Attached you find the version of the non-disclosure that UU and VU ended up converging on with OMV Petrom. If you want us to share information about oil and gas facilities in Romania prior and during the June campaign then please ask for approval in your organization to digitally sign this agreement. It will not be possible to get the text modified any further (we have tried, and this is as far as we got). If your organization approves then please pass this information on to Mekky (in cc:), who will collect this information.
She will need 1) the name of the person, 2) his/her role in your organization, 3) his/her e-mail address. This person will then be contacted for the digital signature.
Let's try to arrange as many signatures as possible before the start of the campaign.
