1. Excel sheets to fill: 

-Excel sheet 1 (per person): Romanian_campaign_list_of_participants.xlsx 

-Excel sheet 2 (per team): Romanian_campaign_Operation_Instrumentation_and_logistics.xlsx 

-Excel sheet 3 (per team): Harmonization_EQ_template.xlsx 



2. The meeting document (Weekly_meetings.docx) related to the Romanian Campaign organization where you can add the discussion topic you consider important to bring up at the next meeting. 



3. The Forecast Organisation document (Forecast_organisation.docx) is dedicated to discussing the user's needs and the provider’s proposal for organizing forecast announcements to the teams doing methane measurements on the field. 



4. The Campaign Implementation Plan (CIP) document (IM4CA_WP1_Romania_2026_CIP_template.docx) proposed by Heinrich that will be filled and reviewed regularly.
