[Im4ca-wp1.beta] Preparatory meeting-Romanian campaign - campaign implementation document/plan

Dear Thomas, Dylan, Rana et al..

I would suggest that an adapted ROMEO CIP or the CIP template  I 
circulated (attached) is put online, so that information collected and 
discussed during the campaign preparatory meetings is documented there.

If the document is online in the WP1 cloud folder, every team member 
could access and populate it with the relevant data/information. This 
could work well when all work on the online-document.
