Dear Thomas, Dear Rana,

w.r.t. Romania campaign prepartion we should aim for having all relevant planning information ideally in one place (on the IM4CA research drive under WP1 for example).

One way - beside excel tables with details - is to have a campaign implementation plan on-line as a living document, where every partner drops their information in.

A template from a campaign in Australia already adapted a bit to IM4CA Romania is attached.

In case you find that helpful please put it online and ask all for inputs.
