[ICMNS] ICMNS 2024 - Information for poster presenters

Dear ICMNS 24 poster presenters,

This is to let you know that poster boards available at the conference venue are 1m x 2m, which will fit an A0 poster in portrait or an A1 poster in landscape. Posters can be printed on campus. Simply send the pdf to posters at ucd.ie, stating the poster size and whether you want a gloss or matt finish. Posters should be sent 6-8 hours before they are needed, you will receive an email when it is ready to be collected.
Payment can be made on collection by cash or card:

A0 SIZE     €35 Each
A1 SIZE     €18 Each
A2 SIZE     €9 Each

Collection is from the Copi-Print / UCard bureau in the Newman Building (J/K area), which is a 5 minute walk from the conference building/on-campus accommodation.
