[ICMNS] On campus accommodation - final deadline and further information

Dear All,

this is to give you some final information concerning on-campus accommodation at ICMNS 2024.

* The deadline for booking accommodation is midnight on May 23rd (11:59pm GMT+1).

* The Check in is from 3pm on the date of arrival. Early check-ins may be facilitated subject to availability but the UCD accommodation office is unable to confirm this prior to arrival. The check out is 11am on the date of departure. There is a luggage storage room where bags can be left prior to check-in and after check-out.

* There is a direct bus from the airport (Aircoach route 700) which drops you at the N11/R138 Entrance (see Aircoach drop off and pick up marked at the top of the map). This is a 10-15 minute walk from the check-in location. The conference takes place in the Sutherland School of Law, just above the UCD Village
