[Communication.music360-beta] Draft Agenda for Music360 C&D Meeting + Request for Input

Dear Music360-C&D Taskforce members,

I hope this email finds you well. I’d firstly like to thank you all for making yourself available to update me on the communication and dissemination activities in the past months. This was very helpful and I appreciate it.

I am reaching out to share the draft agenda for our upcoming taskforce meeting on Tuesday, January 21st at 14.00h (13.00h in Ireland). Please let me know if you’d like to add a point to the agenda.

About the Global Webinar
About CXforum (www.cxforum.io<http://www.cxforum.io/>):
•  Network of about 100k marketing and CX professionals globally
•  Location of contacts is ~60% in Europe and 20% in the US, but overall it's global (~20%/20k from the Nordics; ~5%/5k from Finland).
•  The network consists of managers or higher management level professionals - decision-makers (it's because they are usually the most interested in learning about the CX topics)
•  Industry varies a lot from retail to healthcare, but ~30% are retailers. Probably even more, because there have been many webinars for the retail industry and CX topics are highly relevant to this industry.
•   Cost:€2990
About the webinar:
•  Topic: the music research will be the only topic. Musiikkiluvat+Feedbackly will be the only presenters, and a CXforum host will help to manage the webinar. The EU project logo will be mentioned and visible throughout the webinar.
•  Webinar length: 45min (max 60min, if needed)
•  Webinar format: presentations+Q&A
•  Webinar size: usually, 200-500 registrants, but for narrower targeting, it can be fewer registrations (and higher quality)
•  Expected outcome: generating leads and meetings, and building awareness and reputation
