[Chern.fsw] Free online China-courses produced by the EU-funded ReConnect China -project

Dear All,

free online China-related courses, developed within the EU-Horizon funded “ReConnect China” project are now open, and running until the end of 2026.

The four courses are already used in several European universities in flexible ways, and it would be great if more universities would make use of these resources. The courses are also valuable for civil servants, journalists, teachers, and anyone curious about China.

About the courses: Structured around five to six thematic modules, each course incorporates diverse learning materials such as short video lectures, slide decks, podcasts and digital stories. The learning experience is enhanced with versatile, automatically-graded assignments, concluding each thematic module with a multiple-choice exam. Each course carries a value of 3 ECTS. After completing the course, students get a digitally verifiable course certificate.
