Dear all,

During our meeting in Lisbon, we discussed the two policy makers meetings we agreed to do.

Roel and myself talked about this morning, and we propose the following:


  *   Roel and myself will attend the joint round table with OpenMuse and FairMuse. Of course you are welcome to participate as well, but we think it is more fruitful to attend our own event. We will not change anything about this event such as the venue and the timing.
  *   Nick and Lisa will organise a Music360 event, hopefully in the EU parliament, and with MPs and other interesting stakeholders. We hope that many of you want to attend this event.
  *   By separating the shared round table and our own event, we make sure that it is efficient for everyone (e.g. you do not have to attend the shared event if you do not have the time), and we can focus on an effective own event

I hope that this is acceptable to everyone.
