All,
Here is the final draft of the white paper of which I sent around an earlier version a few weeks ago. It has been reviewed by Jaap, Sander and Frank; please give any comments you have before next week Friday; after that, we will give it a nice format and put it on the M360 website as a document that any of you can hand out to anyone who is interested in the project.
