Dear all,

Last week we had an interesting meeting with GEMA to exchange some high level information about the Dutch living lab, and the experiments of GEMA.
That was interesting; the experiment of GEMA revealed that playing music, as compared to not playing music at all, resulted in an increase of 8% revenue. This allows GEMA to justify their tariffs better. The experiments were done in retail and hospitality.

We agreed the following:
- we will organize a next knowlegde exchange meeting between GTM and GEMA
- we are interested in exchanging literature studies, research design and setup, and results
- we will not exchange any raw data

In September, during our next face-to-face meeting, we need discuss if GEMA should play a role ibn our living labs

Best,
