<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">It seems that we have (finally) reached a critical mass of people who are interested in a reading course on something around Symplectic/Contact Topology. There are too many options that we could cover, so I think
it would be a good idea to first have a meeting to figure out some logistics (e.g. where and when/frequence/scope) and a first topic to study. <br>

Since we are scattered between at least 3 cities, I would suggest the first preliminary meeting to be online, on Friday 18<sup>th</sup> at 14:00 if there are no objections.<br>

As you maybe saw in the subject of this email, a (tentative) title for the seminar is "Dirty Hands", to emphasize that the general goal of the study group would be to acquire some working knowledge of a topic rather than trying to study it in full abstract
