Subject: Fellow event at IAS

[…]

As some of you know, I recently started a team fellowship at the UvA Institute for Advanced Study. With my co-fellows, Jim Portegies from TU Eindhoven and Mike Obiero Oyengo from Maseno University in Kenya, we are focusing on the impact of AI and proof assistants on mathematical communities in SubSaharan Africa, both in terms of education than research.

I would like to share the announcement for our fellowship event at IAS happening on October 21st where we will present our fellowship project: see here<https://ias.uva.nl/content/events/2026/10/fellowship-event-diletta-martinelli-jim-portegies-michael-oyengo-21.10.2026.html?origin=PRy12xnsQemXLkKbh0An2g> for details and registration.

Please feel free to share this in your network.
Thanks a lot and very best wishes, Diletta
