At present, we lack the necessary insight into whether any employees, and if so which ones, are currently present in high‑risk areas for work-related purposes on behalf of the VU. This information is essential in order to fulfil our duty of care.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We are reaching out to you based on the assumption that international VU travel has been coordinated and approved within the unit. As there is no VU-wide registration of outgoing travel, we are dependent on your feedback.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We therefore kindly request that you inform us whether any employees (including external parties who, under the duty-of-care framework, are treated as employees) are currently in any of the following countries for VU-related purposes:<o:p></o:p></p>
