<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span lang="en-NL">We are pleased to announce the 202</span><span lang="EN-US">5</span><span lang="en-NL">/202</span><span lang="EN-US">6</span><span lang="en-NL"> UvA/VU Physics and Astronomy program for visiting professors.
The program aims to attract and support high-profile visitors who are accomplished academics with a strong research background, and recognized experts in one of the disciplines that our institutes specialize in.<br>

We invite the staff of each of the </span><span lang="EN-US">two </span><span lang="en-NL">participating institutes (the UvA Institute of Physics</span><span lang="EN-US"> and the
</span><span lang="en-NL">VU Department of Physics and Astronomy) to propose potential visitors for the academic year 202</span><span lang="EN-US">5</span><span lang="en-NL">/202</span><span lang="EN-US">6</span><span lang="en-NL">. Please email your proposal
to Andrea Baldi (<a href="mailto:a.baldi@vu.nl" target="_blank" title="mailto:a.baldi@vu.nl">a.baldi@vu.nl</a>), along with a brief motivation statement (maximum half a page) by April 30th, 202</span><span lang="EN-US">5</span><span lang="en-NL">.<br>
