<p><b><span style="color:#0B3041">In this workshop we aim to</span></b><span style="color:#0B3041"> bring you closer to the theoretical framework of the Mixed Classroom Educational Model (the MCEM) while providing you with the opportunity to experience and
create the practical methods firsthand. The MCEM is a reflective and practical tool for teachers, educational leaders, and students to understand their frame of reference and become conscious actors in the creation and execution of a safe learning environment.
After this workshop, (1) you will recognize the underlying mechanisms for diversity; (2) you will analyze optimal learning moments according to the three phases; (3) you will create your own roadmap that is appropriate for your teaching and learning context
