Please note that from 27 July to 16 August, the Management Team (MT) of the Department of Physics and Astronomy, along with the supporting OBP team, will have reduced availability due to the summer holiday period.

During this time:

  *   Response times may be longer than usual. Please allow for some flexibility in timelines during this period, particularly for approvals and decision-making processes.
  *   Meeting availability will be limited
  *   We kindly ask you to plan ahead and clearly mark requests as urgent when necessary.
  *   Routine requests and standard approvals are not considered urgent and may be handled after the holiday period.
  *   If you are unsure whom to contact, please reach out to natsecr.beta at vu.nl<mailto:natsecr.beta at vu.nl> for coordination.
