[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] Important: Pantry–lab doors must remain closed!

Dear Collegues,,
It has recently come to our attention that the door between the pantry/coffee area and the lab spaces (notably on the 3rd floor of VO) has been deliberately prevented from locking by placing a paperclip in the mechanism. This is strictly not permitted and is considered unacceptable.
This door must remain closed and properly locked at all times for safety and access control reasons. Tampering with the locking mechanism undermines these measures and introduces significant risks.
Today, all floors within VO are being checked for similar situations. Where necessary, corrective actions will be taken.
We kindly request that you actively communicate the following within your sections:

  *   It is not allowed to block or tamper with doors.
  *   Doors between pantry areas and lab spaces must remain closed at all times.
  *   Violations will not be accepted.
We rely on your cooperation to stop this practice immediately and prevent recurrence.
