[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] Update on HR support in the department

Dear colleagues,

Unfortunately, our HR advisor Ilse Ribbink is since before the Christmas 
holidays on sick leave for an indefinite (potentially long) time.

Given this, we are discussing with the faculty board a structural 
solution for the HR support that our department needs in the absence of 
Ilse. As soon as there is an update on this, we will let you know.

In the meantime, some HR processes such as mutations, on- and 
off-boardings will take more time than usual.

For all non-essential HR requests, we ask you to have some patience and 
put them on hold until we have a structural solution in place.

who should be able to provide assistance. But note in any case that 
delays are unavoidable in these circumstances, so please plan accordingly.
