[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] Use of Poster Boards for the Department of Physics and Astronomy

Dear all,
we have 10 posterboards available for our department activities, presentations, and events in VO.  Everyone within our department is welcome to reserve them for free.

🌟 How to reserve
Please send an email to natsecr.beta at vu.nl<mailto:natsecr.beta at vu.nl> including:
·         The number of poster boards you need
·         The date and time you would like to use them

·         The location you will use these ( VO only ! )
·         Which meeting these boards will be used for
Your reservation is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from the secretariat.

📍 Pick‑up After confirmation, you can pick up the poster boards at the secretariat / stored in 2B-103b on the second floor.  Please note that the boards need to be partially assembled by the user.

🔄 After use Please return the poster boards to the secretariat / storage 2B-103b on the second floor.
Thank you for bringing them back in good condition!
