In this document we describe our strategy and achievements 2017-2024 and our future strategy. This is an evaluation of the department as a whole, not of individual PIs nor of sections.

We would like your input! The whole document will be combined with a faculty-wide part + self evaluations of chemistry and A-life. Don’t pay too much attention to the formatting, that will be fixed later!

The time frame is quite short, I am afraid, we will discuss the self evaluation during our staff lunch coming Tuesday. And we need feedback ultimately 11/09! I would like to ask you, to make the feed-back process workable for us, to combine the feedback for each section, via your section member involved in the SEP evaluation. So:

FLS via Iddo Heller
Biophysics via Roberta Croce
BPMI via Dierck Hillmann
PCM via Andrea Baldi
QMLA via Keld Eikema

I prefer separate word documents, with "track changes" on and as much as possible feedback in comments! Please give special emphasis to factual errors, omissions etc.! Do not forget to check your entry (managerial tasks and awards) in the appendix!
